KAIZEN

The word, “Kaizen”, comes from 2 Japanese words: “Kai” + “Zen” where kai means change and zen means goodKaizen is generally thought to mean: “change for the better” and is synonymous with “continuous improvement”. Having trained and coached 100s of teams to successful outcomes, we have seen how and why teams are most likely to fail. The root causes are commonplace, but they are addressable. Importantly, they are avoidable, with the correct training and systemic coaching. Unlike other courses, our training helps you to identify the common root causes of failure and uses them as a Learning Tool for you to get it right more often.

With Lean Agile we learn from failure, make transparent what we do, inspect the feedback and adapt our behaviours to continually improve, as we seek perfection.

This is Kaizen!
